Foreign - Distributors are available to accept orders in most countries. If you do not know the nearest distributor, call, fax or email us in Eaton, Ohio, U.S.A., for distributor information.
Orders for standard products are normally shipped within 24 hours from receipt. Shipments are FOB Eaton, Ohio, with freight prepaid and added to the invoice. Electro-Cap International, Inc., normally ships by UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or Air Mail. Other services, such as UPS Next Day and Federal Express, are available upon request.
Electro-Cap International Inc.'s limited warranty provides for the repair or replacement of any item that, due to defects in materials or workmanship, fails to function properly within ninety (90) days from receipt.
Following the warranty period, there will be a nominal charge for the repair of Electro-Caps and Electrode Board Adapters. Broken wires at the mount, inside the cap, or at the connector plugs, connectors and electrode mounts are considered repairable. If malfunctions are experienced, the cap or Electrode Board Adapter can be returned to Electro-Cap International, Inc. for evaluation and repair. Normally the items will be repaired and shipped within 48 hours from receipt.
If needed, Electro-Caps and Electrode Board Adapters are available for loan during the time required to make the repairs. The only charges for loaners are freight charges if the loaners are returned promptly.
The elasticity of the material dictates the life of the cap. When a cap becomes stretched and loses its elasticity, it must be discarded and replaced as the electrode placements will be inaccurate and artifacts will occur more often.
Should you experience difficulty with any Electro-Cap product, please call the Customer Service Department before returning the merchandise. Merchandise will be replaced or credited only after Electro-Cap International Inc.'s approval.
